“Everything you need to know before your wax or body treatment.”
Before you appointment
To ensure the best results and a smooth experience, follow these general guidelines:
Arrive on time (not early, not late)
— the door will be locked until your scheduled time.
Use the restroom beforehand.
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and heavy exercise the day of your appointment.
Come freshly showered, no lotions, oils, or deodorants on the area to be treated.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Please no extra guests or children in the treatment room.
Waxing Services
Hair should be about the length of a
grain of rice — no shaving or Nair
2–3 weeks prior.
Gently exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment using
a mitt or sugar scrub.
If you’re on your menstrual cycle, please wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup.
(Note: My cancellation policy still applies.)
Take Tylenol 30 minutes before your appointment if you’re sensitive to pain.
Avoid retinoids, AHAs, and exfoliants on the waxed area
48 hours before and after.
Don’t worry — first-timers will be guided every step of the way!
Body Sculpting & Lymphatic
Hydrate! Drink at least 1 liter of water before and after your appointment.
Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before your session.
No alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before treatment.
Wear a compression garment if recommended
(especially for post-op care).
Consistency is key — best results come with multiple sessions and aftercare.

⏳ 24-hour notice is required to
cancel or reschedule.
❌ No-shows are subject to a 50%
service charge.
⏱ 15-minute late arrivals may need
to be rescheduled
and charged as a no-show.
