Terms of service.

Velvet Body Bar

By booking an appointment with Velvet Body Bar, you agree to the following terms and policies. These are in place to ensure a respectful, smooth, and professional experience for all clients.

When scheduling a service, clients are expected to manage their appointment time responsibly. While we provide confirmation and reminder texts or emails, it is still your responsibility to arrive on time and prepared for your appointment.

A valid card is required to secure your booking. This card will only be charged if a cancellation or no-show occurs that falls outside of our policy window.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of your scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file. No-shows will be charged 100%. This policy applies to all reasons for cancellation or changes, including those related to your menstrual cycle.

Clients are given a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $5 late fee will be applied to the remaining balance. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will need to reschedule. The no-show policy will still apply in this case.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, no extra visitors or children are allowed during appointments. Intimate waxing services are available to clients 18 and older. Minors receiving non-intimate services must have a signed consent form and a guardian present at the appointment.

Velvet Body Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to follow studio policies, arrives under the influence, or exhibits inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
