Im a licensed advanced esthetician and the hands behind Velvet Body Bar, specializing in Brazilian waxing. I also offer full body waxing, body contouring, and skin-focused treatments. My goal is to create a space where every women feels confident, cared for, and completely herself.

  • We recommend waxing every 4-6 weeks to maintain smooth skin and reduce regrowth over time.

  • This service takes from 20-35 minutes. TIMING IS IMPORTANT! While Im skilled and efficient, our scheduling allows enough time to preform a thorough, comfortable wax.

  • To get the best results, make sure your hair is at least ¼ inch long, exfoliate 24 hours before, avoid caffeine, and wear loose clothing. For more detailed prep tips, click here to view our full guide.

  • Everyones pain tolerance is different, but we use premium luxury wax and techniques to. minimize discomfort and make the experience as smooth as possible.

  • Yes, you can still be waxed while on your cycle. Please wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup to you appointment. Keep in mind you may experience increased sensitivity. If you’d prefer to reschedule, you’re welcome to—however, our policy still applies to all appointments, including those impacted by your menstrual cycle.

  • Yes! Waxing is safe during pregnancy. Please let us know so we can ensure your comfort thought out the service.
